Experience

2020–
Present

Meta

Senior Product Designer · San Francisco, CA

  • Design and ship agentic interfaces for Metamate, Meta’s internal AI platform used by 70,000+ employees. Prototyped its product architecture and core experiences directly in code; currently among Meta’s top three designers by code shipped.
  • Designed reusable agentic infrastructure across skills and automations, including authoring, evaluation, discovery, installation, and human oversight. The platform now supports 80,000+ skills, while automations reached 386,000+ executions across 8,000+ people in five months.
  • Built Metamate’s artifact editor and quality system end to end in code. Model-trace analysis and a new guidance architecture reduced missed guidance from 62% to 33% while maintaining a 4.5/5 quality score.
  • Previously designed checkout experiences for Meta Pay and led the 0→1 design of Ad Strategies for SMBs, expanding to 100,000 advertisers with 67%+ win rates.
